What to expect on your flight to Kahului

There are many helicopter companies with flights out of Kahului Maui and touring the island of Maui

Be at Kahului airport 2 hours before your flight. The flight is usually full and everyone wants to pack in at the last minute.
If flying out of Hawaii, check all bags EXCEPT CARRY-ONS thru the outside agriculture inspection. If not you will have to go back and do it.

The Kahului airport has food and cocktails on the upper level but persons without tickets wont be able to pass
Flights out of Kahului to the mainland require a carry-on agriculture screening en route to the gate.
